I currently have 4 options.
Must pick either one 5 days before every month start.
If choice of option not in, by last day of the month 23:59h. It will b as default*.
No changing of plans in the midst of the month.
Changing of plans is only for the follow month.
All plans are based on Singapore Timing 00:00h to 23:59h.

1) Different Tier
-Fixed based - S$550
-Number of client:
1-5 Sessions = +S$200 (Around S$40 each session)
6-10 Sessions = +S$350 (Around S$35 each session)
11-15 Sessions = +S$450 (Around S$30 each session)
16=20 Sessions = +S$520 (Around S$26 each session)
21-25 Sessions = +S$575 (Around S$23 each session)
26-33 Sessions= +S$600 (Around S$18 each session)
34&up Sessions = +S$650

Any sessions including touch up will be considered as 1 session. So you can either charge the extra during the piece or you can charge minimum for touch up like S$20(depends on you)

Scenerio (1):
You did 20 sessions that month. Yr calculation will be S$550+S$520(Fixed base + tier)=S$1070
For example, on average one client is charge around S$150(we know its more), means S$3000.
Means you take home around 65%.

Scenerio (2):
You did 33 sessions that month. Your Calculation will be S$550+S$600(Fixed base + tier)=S$1150
For example, on average one client is charge around S$150(same amount), means S$4950.
Means you take home around 76%.

Leeway:
Will -1 session from the total sessions counted.(Just in case, i count wrongly)

2) By Sessions
-Fixed based - S$500
-Per session - +S$30

Any sessions including touch up will be considered as 1 session. So you can either charge the extra during the piece or you can charge minimum for touch up like S$30, you decide.

Scenerio (1):
You did 20 sessions that month. Yr calculation will be S$500+S$600(Fixed base + sessions)=S$1100.
For example, on average one client is charge around S$150(we know its more), means S$3000.
Means you take home around 64%.

Scenerio (2):
You did 33 sessions that month. Your Calculation will be S$500+S$990(Fixed base + sessions)=S$1490.
For example, on average one client is charge around S$150(same amount), means S$4950.
Means you take home around 70%.

Leeway:
Will -1 session from the total sessions counted.(Just in case, i count wrongly)

3) By Days
-Fixed base - S$350
-Per day (00:00h - 23:59h): +S$50 (Minimum 10 days)
If lesser than 10 days, will be counted as 10 days.

Infinite amount of session. You can squeeze in a day. If your session starts at 23:00 and end at 00:10, its counted as 2 days. As long as you appear in the studio, within time frame, is counted as 1 day.

Scenerio (1):
You did 20 sessions that month. Per day 2 sessions, 10 days. Your Calculation will be S$350+S$500(Fixed base + days)=S$850
For example, on average one client is charge around S$150(same amount), means S$3000.
Means you take home around 72%.

Scenerio (2):
You did 33 sessions that month. Per day 3 sessions, 11 days. Your Calculation will be S$350+S$550(Fixed base + sessions)=S$900.
For example, on average one client is charge around S$150(same amount), means S$4950.
Means you take home around 82%.

Leeway:
Days that appear to be in the studio for less than 30mins, will not be counted as a day.


4) Fixed Rental (Default)*
- Fix S$1050

As simple as it sounds, if you are able to make, S$5k, You take home around 80%
As simple as it sounds, if you are able to make, S$10k, You take home around 90%.



So 1 month is S$750-S$1850(If you work every single day and choose the wrong plan)
1850 is the capped, the MAX. which is unlikely if u choose your plan properly.
Means average around S$1000.
S$1000, if you find better studio other than this rate, please go ahead, and let me know which studio.
S$1000, you wont even need to think of opening your own studio, cos rental on its own already around S$1500&up, havent even count in the utilities and supplies.

Why so low? Cos i plan to work myself too.
Will I(Ben) make money if I, myself dont work? Hell no.
I Only plan to have Maximum of 4 Artist. which include me, means another 3 more.
3 x S$1000 = S$3000. Maybe only just enough to cover rental+supplies+utilities without me working. So my earning is ZERO. I dun make money off you, unless you choose the wrong plan, which is very unlikely.
